About McAllister Digital
McAllister Digital is an independent PPC and SEO consultancy run by me, Stephen McAllister, from Clacton-on-Sea. I set it up in 2024 after more than 15 years running campaigns for agencies and in-house teams, because smaller clients so often got the least attention.
Today I manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, alongside SEO and training, for small and growing businesses across Essex and London. Design and ad creative are handled by Mariya, so nothing is outsourced.

What I offer
Paid media is my main focus, with SEO for businesses that want steady organic growth alongside it, and training if you’d rather run things yourself.

Google Ads
Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns that reach people when they’re ready to buy.

Microsoft Ads
Reach Bing, Yahoo and DuckDuckGo users, often with cheaper clicks than Google.

Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram campaigns to build awareness, generate leads and retarget visitors.

LinkedIn Ads
Target decision makers by job title, industry and company size. Ideal for B2B services.

SEO
Technical fixes, on-page work, local SEO and content, on a plan based on the hours your site needs.

Training
Learn to run your own campaigns or SEO with 1:1 or team training, from £60 an hour.
Your questions answered
I’m based in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, and the company’s registered address is in London. I work with businesses across Essex, including Colchester, Chelmsford and the Tendring coast, and with clients in London. PPC and SEO work just as well remotely, so I also work with businesses across the UK. See all locations.
Whether you’re just starting out or looking to grow, I work with a wide range of budgets. Clients’ monthly ad spend has ranged from around £300 to over £100,000. If your budget is too small to give fair results in your sector, I’ll tell you before you commit to anything.
Paid media management is a fixed monthly fee based on your ad spend band, starting from £500 a month. SEO plans are based on the hours your site needs, starting from £750 a month. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms. Full details are on my pricing page.
I work on a rolling monthly agreement, and just ask for 30 days’ notice if you decide to stop. PPC can bring in results quickly, but it still takes time to refine campaigns properly. If you’d want to judge everything after one or two weeks, it may not be the right fit for you.
Yes. You have full ownership of your Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn accounts, along with the assets and data in them. Everything sits in your business’s name with full admin access, and if we ever stop working together, it all stays with you.
As often as is useful. You’ll be kept informed of key decisions on your account, with regular update calls at times that suit you, plus email and any project management tool you already use. I keep most of your time focused on managing the account rather than talking about it, which is how I keep fees affordable.
PPC is a balancing act. Changes need time to settle and gather enough data to make informed decisions. Every account is different, but with paid ads you’d usually expect to see positive signs during the first month. SEO takes longer, typically three to six months to build momentum.
I cover all sectors allowed on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and I have experience with several of the more restricted and niche industries, including working with Google to get ads approved where extra checks apply. If your sector isn’t a good fit for paid ads, I’ll say so upfront.
Not always. If you have the time, you can learn to run your own account, and my Google Ads training covers the essentials. But effective management takes time and experience, and it’s easy to underestimate how much. A specialist usually means better results, tighter budget control and more of your own time back.
Yes. I’ll review your ads, tracking or website and send you a short report with the three changes that would make the biggest difference, within 5 working days. It’s free, with no obligation, and a good way to see how I work. Request a free audit.
Yes. If you’d rather run your own campaigns, I offer 1:1 and team training in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and GA4. It’s £60 an hour, £220 for a half day or £400 for a full day, using your own accounts so everything applies straight away.
You work directly with me, an experienced PPC consultant, rather than a junior account manager. Every account is run by me, and design and ad creative are handled by Mariya, so nothing is outsourced. Fees are fixed and transparent, there’s no long-term contract, and I focus on the quality of the work rather than the number of clients.
